*Rainmaking* is a ritual dance aimed at invoking rain. Or maybe it's just a fun way to pass the time while waiting for the rain. Either way, what's certain is that (1) it's going to rain and (2) you don't know when. Believing dancing makes it rain gives you a sense of control, at least. Unless you've got something better to do while expecting the rain, maybe you should keep dancing.
